Carrie Wooloff (Setzkorn) excelled in Women’s Outdoor and Indoor soccer over a three year span. Carrie was twice named to the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association Best Defensive Team. Carrie led the Mountaineers to an OCAA bronze medal in 1997 and OCAA gold medal in 1998 which led to a fifth place finish at the CCAA Championship. Carrie was a team MVP and captured the college’s prestigious Dr. Sam Mitminger award for outstanding academic and athletic excellence. Wooloff returned to Mohawk in 2000-01 and had another banner campaign as the Mountaineers won the OCAA Soccer bronze medal and an OCAA Indoor silver medal. Carrie was an OCAA League All-Star, CCAA All-Canadian and captured her team’s MVP Award. Carrie was selected as the Mountaineer Outstanding Female Athlete of the Year in her final season. A graduate of both the Medical Imaging and Diagnostic Ultrasound courses, Wooloff made the Dean’s Honour List throughout both programmes.
