Mohawk Mountaineers women's volleyball will have a shot at an OCAA medal on Saturday after losing 3-0 (22-25, 23-25, 21-25) to the Durham Lords in the OCAA semi-final match.

The Mountaineers had the lead in both the second and third sets, but could not hold on against a Lords team playing strong defence.

Lexie Zicari (Burlington, ON) led Mohawk with 11 kills and Sofia Spoljar (Hamilton, ON) provided 10 kills.

The bronze medal match will feature the Mountaineers versus the Seneca Sting at Sheridan College's Oakville campus with a 4:30 p.m. start time.
