Laura Stankovic begins her second season as an assistant coach with the Mountaineers women's soccer team. Stankovic played four years for the Mountaineers women's soccer team, closing out her career in 2019-2020.
During that time, the Stoney Creek native won an OCAA bronze on the indoor side back in 2018-2019 and was named an OCAA League All-Star in 2017-2018.
Coach Giannini on Stankovic: "Laura just finished playing four years here at Mohawk and she was a team leader, a top performer and extremely respected by her peers. Laura will be key for us, helping us with current players, opposing teams and opposing players. Her experience and connection with the players will be invaluable."
