The Mountaineers women's basketball team lost their second exhibition game 75-53 against the Lambton Lions on the road.
In their first road game of the year, the Mountaineers put up a valiant effort against a very solid Lions team.
Mountaineers player Theresa Wylie said it was a good learning experience for the team.
"It was good to see what we do well and what we can improve on," Wylie said. "Specifically, boxing out and rebounding are areas we need to work on. We had great transitions on offense and overall good team spirit."
The Mountaineers play their next game against the George Brown Huskies at the David Braley Athletic and Recreation Center on Nov. 6 at 2 p.m.
The game versus the Huskies is a part of Super Online Saturday presented by Mohawk Alumni. To learn more visit here: https://www.mohawkcollege.ca/alumni/alumni-events/mohawk-super-saturday.
