Mohawk men's volleyball lost in a five set (25-27, 21-25, 25-20, 25-23, 10-15) effort to the Sheridan Bruins.

The Mountaineers dropped the first two sets before bouncing back to force a fifth set. Sheridan would control the final set to defeat Mohawk.

Outside hitter Brayden Griffith continued his strong preseason play for the Mountaineers with 16 kills.

Turner Neame was strong defensively for Mohawk with 17 digs.

The Mountaineers look to get back into the win column when they continue exhibition play on Nov. 24 at 8 p.m. versus the Fanshawe Falcons in London.
