The Mountaineer Athlete Ambassadors (MAA) are full-time student-athetes who will be selected and appointed through an application process. The sole purpose of the MAA is to advocate for the student population in order to enhance the greater Mountaineer experience at Mohawk College and in the community. The ambassadors will serve from May 1st to April 10th (unless the athletic banquet falls after this date; which than we will move it to April 15th).
The MAA will be empowered to advocate on behalf of all full-time students focused on the following areas:
- Mountaineer Student-Athlete Experience
- Mountaineer Recreation Programming
- Mountaineer in the Community Initiatives
