HAMILTON, ON - The Mohawk Mountaineers are excited to announce Stala Building Solutions as the presenting sponsor for the 2023 CCAA Women's Basketball National Championship.
This partnership brings together two entities whose values are deeply tied to community, inclusion and sport.
"The Hamilton sports scene provided me with many opportunities in life as a young athlete and as a professional CFL player during my playing days with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats," said Stala Founder and Owner, Dave Stala. "Supporting Mohawk College in its efforts to host an event of this calibre was a no-brainer."
Dave Stala's athletic career extends back to his days as a student at Cathedral High School when he immigrated to Canada from Poland. He went on to have luxurious football career, specifically 13 seasons in the CFL, including five with the Ti-Cats.
Located on the corner of King Street East and Wentworth Street South, Stala Building Solutions is a Hamilton based company that provides a one-stop shop for building and real estate needs.

The Mountaineers will host eight of the best teams in the country between March 15-18 inside the David Braley Athletic and Recreation Centre, located at Mohawk College's Fennell Campus, for a chance at claiming the 2023 CCAA Championship banner.
