Mountaineers announce 2020-2021 All-Academic athletes

The Mountaineers have announced the 2020-2021 All-Academic athletes which is highlighted by 40 student-athletes. With no competition over the past year, there has been extra emphasis on academic excellence and the Mountaineers were up for the challenge with over 60 per cent of this year's athletes receiving All-Academic honours.

"There's been so many challenges and changes over the past year for our student-athletes on the academic side and despite that, our athletes were able to persevere and continue thriving in their studies," says Athletic Director Matt Ferreira. "Academic success is a big component of our student-athlete expectations so I would like to extend a big congratulations to all of our 2020-2021 Mountaineer All-Academics."
