The third episode of the Mohawk Mountaineers Podcast has been released and focuses in on the student-athlete experience at Mohawk. Graduating athletes Dakari Gennaro (Women's Volleyball), Carter Rudge (Cross Country), Stephanie Godden (Women's Softball) and Mark Wylie (Men's Basketball) join the podcast to breakdown their time at Mohawk as a Mountaineer.
Prevalent topics throughout the 45-minute episode include their favourite moments as a Mountaineer, both in competition and beyond it, what the past year has been like for student-athletes and how the community played such a big part in their overall experience at Mohawk.
Wylie and Gennaro each spent two years with the Mountaineers while Rudge spent three and Godden spent four. The latter two are also finalists for the 2021 Dr. Sam Mitminger Award.
