Mohawk Mountaineers women's volleyball won their third match of the season, defeating the Sheridan Bruins 3-1 (25-22, 25-21, 20-25, 25-21).

Stephanie Karatsolias (Milton, ON) led the Mountaineers with eight kills and Sofia Spoljar (Hamilton, ON) had seven as well. Yvone Mann (Kitchener, ON) assisted on 20 plays.

Mohawk is now 3-0 to start the season.

The Mountaineers will next host their home opener on Nov. 5 when they play the Redeemer Royals at 6 p.m.
