The Mohawk Mountaineers women's softball team will be back on the diamond beginning September 10 to start the 2022 season.
Mohawk Sports Park will once again be the home field for the Mountaineers, with 12 of the 24-game schedule being played at home.
The season begins with the St. Clair Saints and Conestoga Condors visiting on Sept. 10. Mohawk and St. Clair will play at 11 a.m., and then the Mountaineers and Condors will play at 4 p.m.
The Mountaineers will also host doubleheaders versus the Lambton Lions (Sept. 17), Saints (Sept. 24), Humber Hawks (Oct. 5) and Condors (Oct. 13). Other home games include matchups against the Humber Hawks and Fanshawe Falcons, both of which will be played on Oct. 1.
